Harry Harding

Lead Facilitator

Harry Harding is the VP of Innovation and Strategic Partnerships at Children's Services of Roxbury (CSR), a social services non-profit in Boston that serves more than 6,000 families across Massachusetts annually. His role is to cultivate external relationships while working closely with the CSR executive team to generate/execute ideas and implement initiatives related to agency and programmatic development.

Prior to his current position, Harry dedicated three years to overseeing training for the Behavioral Health Department at CSR. Harry has worked in several capacities with youth and families for 15 years in the Boston community and surrounding areas. His experience includes direct care with at-risk youth, community outreach, program management and professional stints in media and public policy. From 2006-2007, Harry served as the Director of Constituent Services and Director of Communications for former Boston City Councilor At-Large, Sam Yoon. Harry has worked with several populations and held various roles within the Massachusetts Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI), including Therapeutic Mentor, Therapeutic Training & Support and Intensive Care Coordinator. From 2013-14, Harry served as the Director of Family Services for Boston Youth Sanctuary, a therapeutic after school program for youth survivors of severe trauma. Harry served as a key liaison for the Trauma Informed Collaborative for Families & Children (TICFYC) and now volunteers as a member of the Early Childhood Mental Health parent council for the Boston Public Health Commission.

In 2012, Harry earned a B.S. in Human Services from Springfield College with a concentration in Community & Youth Development Leadership and in 2017 earned a Master’s degree in journalism and a professional certification in organizational behavior from Harvard University Extension School. Harry currently teaches part-time at Harvard, a graduate-level course in non-profit leadership and community engagement.
