Our Housing Equity Community Leadership Program prepares people from all walks of life to find a path to drive community impact, from those working in the housing justice space to those who bring the expertise of lived experience.

Our program has helped people from all walks of life find a path to drive community impact, from those working in the housing justice space to those who bring the expertise of lived experience.
We empower individuals to be change-makers by examining the intersection of community housing needs, systems, policies, and power structures.
Our program includes
- Bi-weekly cohort sessions (2 hours per session) focused on creating spaces for shared learning, generating ideas, and, most importantly, taking strategic action to tackle the complexities of housing injustice.
- Bi-weekly conversations with experts in the field (1.5 hour per sessions) Access to over 40 experts within the housing field. Including people who have been directly impacted by systemic housing inequities, and people shifting power to those most affected while fostering the relationships needed for meaningful change.
